About the Role

As a Client Service Representative with HUB Veterinary Group, you'll be the heart of our front-desk operations. You'll create a welcoming first impression for every pet owner who walks through our doors, coordinate complex schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your role bridges the gap between our clients' needs and our veterinary team's expertise, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service every single day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and pets with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Schedule, confirm, and manage veterinary appointments across phone, email, and in-person requests
• Answer phone lines, direct inquiries to appropriate staff, and provide information about our services
• Process payments, maintain billing records, and manage invoicing with accuracy
• Communicate appointment details, treatment plans, and post-visit care instructions to pet owners
• Update patient records, enter vital information, and maintain strict confidentiality
• Assist the veterinary team with check-ins, patient tracking, and administrative support
• Follow up with clients regarding treatment outcomes and appointment reminders

• Proven customer service experience, particularly in healthcare or similar client-facing environments

• Reliability, including the flexibility to work Saturday shifts as required
