Project Overview
We are conducting a structured data collection project in Japan in cooperation with a global automotive manufacturer. All vehicles are manually operated by the driver at all times.
The purpose of the project is to collect real-world driving data under various road, traffic, lighting, and weather conditions. The collected data supports the development and improvement of future driver assistance technologies.
The campaign follows strict safety, operational, and confidentiality standards.
Position Summary
The Vehicle Data Collection Driver is responsible for:
– Safely operating a project vehicle on public roads in Japan
– Following predefined routes and shift schedules
– Operating and monitoring in-vehicle data collection systems
– Performing documentation and reporting tasks
– Ensuring proper handling of equipment and storage devices
This is a structured operational role. The driver does not perform testing, evaluation, or engineering activities
