Validation Engineer

The Opportunity

As a Validation Engineer at Fresenius Kabi's Wilson facility, you'll work at the intersection of quality assurance, operations, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and advancing the technical integrity of our manufacturing systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex challenges, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to operations teams regarding equipment and system validation activities
• Lead initial equipment validation projects and execute comprehensive requalification protocols
• Participate in equipment improvement initiatives designed to enhance system compliance and operational performance
• Review and implement changes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and change control procedures
• Document validation results and maintain detailed records in compliance with industry standards
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and recommend enhancements to plant operations

Who We're Looking For

• Technical background in engineering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience with equipment validation, system qualification, or manufacturing support
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality systems in pharmaceutical operations
