This position is a full time opportunity, for a UX Designer who will report to the Senior Director of Digital Operations and Strategy. It is based in a home office within the United States. Is expected to begin in November 2023 concluding in June 2024. The UX Designer will work closely with the Digital team to tackle design challenges update personas and journey maps conduct user research generate reports and oversee training efforts. Proficiency in UX/UI design tools, data analysis, project management methodologies as familiarity with analytics tools and CMS platforms are necessary for this role. Additionally effective communication skills and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript are desired attributes.
