As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club in Dabney, you're the member-facing expert who makes shopping easier, faster, and more rewarding. You'll combine genuine customer enthusiasm with product knowledge to connect members with exactly what they need—whether they're buying for their family, business, or both. This is a full-time position where every interaction directly impacts member satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Guide members through their shopping journey, providing personalized product recommendations and expert advice
• Explain membership benefits, tiers, and upgrades so members understand the full value of their Sam's Club investment
• Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and credit account applications accurately and efficiently
• Actively participate in sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and member events to drive engagement
• Identify opportunities to help members save money and streamline their purchasing
• Maintain a safe, organized shopping environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines
• Support the team in achieving membership growth goals through excellent service and genuine member advocacy

• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and the energy to handle a full shift on your feet
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is helpful but not required—we'll train you
