About the Role

As a Truss Assembler with Mead Lumber Careers, you'll play a critical part in our manufacturing operations. This is hands-on, production-focused work where you'll build structural trusses that form the backbone of homes and commercial projects throughout our region. What You'll Do

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to engineering specifications and blueprints
• Cut, measure, and fit wooden components with precision to ensure structural integrity
• Secure joints and fasteners using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform quality checks to verify compliance with design and building standards
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
