This full-time position offers the opportunity to maintain and troubleshoot electrical infrastructure that serves thousands of customers throughout the region. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment malfunctions on distribution and transmission networks
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on power lines and related infrastructure
- Operate climbing equipment and power tools safely at elevations and in all weather conditions
- Lead and coordinate with field teams on complex electrical projects and emergency response work
- Establish and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Respond to outage calls with urgency to restore customer service
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and technical findings for company records
What We're Looking For
- Current Lineman Journeyman license or state-equivalent certification
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and ability to guide others on safety compliance
- Leadership capabilities with experience directing crew members and managing field operations
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and evolving work assignments
- Strong technical foundation in electrical systems and troubleshooting methodology
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Availability for on-call emergency response and storm restoration work
