About the Role

CoreMedical Group is hiring a skilled Registered Nurse for a full-time, 13-week travel assignment in the Home Health specialty. This day-shift role is based in Mansfield, Louisiana, and offers an immediate start for RNs ready to make a difference where patients live. As a Travel Nurse RN – Home Health, you will provide one-on-one clinical support while enjoying the flexibility and variety that travel nursing brings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to home health patients during scheduled day shifts.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor ongoing progress in the home setting.
• Administer treatments, medications, and clinical interventions per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions, recovery, and at-home care routines.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Louisiana.
• Experience in the Home Health specialty preferred.
• Availability for a 13-week assignment at 40 hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
• Strong assessment, communication, and independent decision-making skills suited to in-home care.
