Williams is seeking a Transportation Representative at the II/III/Sr level to manage logistics and transportation coordination across our storage operations network in the US. This full-time role offers growth opportunities in a career-building position with a leader in energy infrastructure.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of transportation coordination and logistics supporting our storage facilities and operations. As you progress through the Representative II, III, and Senior levels, your responsibilities will expand to include vendor relationship management, process optimization, and strategic oversight of complex logistics initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate transportation to and from storage facilities
- Manage communications with carriers, shipping partners, and internal teams
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate transportation documentation and records
- Resolve logistics challenges and identify process improvements
- Ensure compliance with transportation safety and regulatory requirements
- Optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in transportation operations or supply chain management
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with transportation management systems and software
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Background in energy, storage, or infrastructure operations preferred
