Trading Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You take on a strategic and consultative trading role in programmatic advertising for a portfolio of relevant advertisers and act as a trusted point of contact for platform, trading, and market-related topics.

• You advise clients on campaign planning, measurement, and optimization, identify growth opportunities early, and develop strategies that support both client goals and sustainable revenue growth.

• You work closely with Account Management and Business Development, bring deep product knowledge to the table, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that create measurable value for clients.

• You train new and existing clients on both operational and strategic topics related to our platform and help them unlock the full potential of the TTD product ecosystem.

• You actively drive innovation in programmatic advertising, explore new solutions with curiosity and pragmatism, and share best practices internally and externally to foster continuous learning.

• You use modern AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, make analyses more efficient, and find smarter ways to solve repetitive tasks.

• You bring a personal interest in experimenting with new technologies and AI applications, evaluating their practical value, and turning those learnings into tangible improvements for team and client work.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are curious, self-motivated, and genuinely want to understand how things work — from platform mechanics to new developments across the digital advertising ecosystem.

• You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, work in a structured way, and stay organized even in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

• You have experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or online marketing and feel comfortable in client-facing, consultative roles.

• You communicate complex topics clearly, confidently, and effectively — both in direct client conversations and in collaboration with internal teams.

• You prioritize tasks independently based on impact, manage your time effectively, and focus on solutions that create real value for clients and the team.

• You are open to new technologies, enjoy trying out new tools and ways of working, and are motivated to experiment personally to understand what truly improves productivity and collaboration.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required.
