About the Role

This Trademark Attorney opportunity in San Francisco, California places you within a leading Am Law 100 firm, where you will steward both domestic and international trademark matters. The position is offered on a full-time basis, with the firm open to placing the right candidate across several of its offices, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, Seattle, Orlando, Denver, Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland. The compensation range for this role is $225,000 to $260,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain U.S. and international trademark portfolios for a range of clients.
• Advise on brand protection strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle trademark prosecution, clearance, and portfolio management matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to safeguard and enforce trademark rights.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience working with U.S. and international trademark portfolios.
• Demonstrated background in trademark law at the associate level, from mid to senior.
• Active license to practice law and admission in good standing as required for the position.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and client-management capabilities.
