En Coforge estamos buscando Data Analyst BI (Tableau & SQL) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
· Desarrollo de dashboards y visualizaciones en Tableau para la toma de decisiones.
· Extracción, transformación y limpieza de datos utilizando SQL.
· Generación de KPIs y análisis de información para distintas áreas del negocio.
· Gestión autónoma de proyectos analíticos de inicio a fin.
· Coordinación con múltiples stakeholders para levantamiento de requerimientos.
· Complemento de soluciones analíticas mediante Power BI.
· Documentación de procesos y análisis realizados.
Requisitos indispensables
· Más de 3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
· Experiencia en sectores como automotriz, retail, consumo masivo o servicios.
· Dominio avanzado de SQL para consultas complejas, transformación y limpieza de datos.
· Experiencia con Tableau Desktop (mínimo 6 meses) desarrollando dashboards, parámetros y cálculos.
· Manejo intermedio de Power BI.
· Experiencia en gestión autónoma de proyectos analíticos.
· Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders.
Requisitos deseables
· Experiencia con Tableau Server (administración de fuentes, permisos y agendamiento).
· Conocimiento en AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena).
· Experiencia con herramientas ETL (Talend, DataStage, Alteryx u otras).
· Conocimiento de conceptos de Data Warehouse (DWH).
· Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles.
· Manejo de herramientas como JIRA, Confluence y versionamiento con Git.
