About the Role
As an Engineer at The Brewhouse Inn & Suites with Aimbridge Hospitality, you'll serve as the property's trusted maintenance expert. This on-site, full-time position in Milwaukee puts you at the heart of daily operations, ensuring that every system, space, and amenity functions reliably for both guests and fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across the hotel to keep guest rooms and common areas in excellent working order.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently to minimize disruption.
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff through consistent upkeep and timely repairs.
- Identify potential equipment or facility concerns before they affect the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience with general building maintenance and repair.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Ability to work on-site full-time in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County.
