Territory Manager

Gulf Eagle Supply is hiring a Territory Manager in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County to develop and manage sales relationships within an assigned geographic area. As a full-time member of our sales team, you'll drive growth across our roofing and building products distribution network serving the professional contractor community.

About the Role

As Territory Manager for Gulf Eagle Supply, you'll own the sales performance and customer relationships across your assigned territory. This is a hands-on sales leadership position where you'll build lasting partnerships with contractors, builders, architects, and building owners while representing our full line of residential and commercial roofing and building products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with professional contractors, general contractors, and other key accounts
• Conduct regular on-site visits with customers to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities
• Present Gulf Eagle Supply's products, services, and solutions to prospective and existing customers
• Manage sales pipeline and track account activity to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion
• Collaborate with our distribution centers and product specialists to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within your territory

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in building products, roofing distribution, or related industries
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple accounts and opportunities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
