About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across a defined geographic area. This full‑time position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions that meet client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while nurturing long‑term partnerships with current customers.
  • Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations to showcase Applied Equipment Solutions’ offerings.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to shape product and service improvements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for management review.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the equipment, industrial, or construction sectors.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
