Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Business: Marketing

Westmont College, located in Santa Barbara, California is currently searching for a faculty member, in the field of Economics and Business. This is a tenure track position at the level. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA and either a PhD or DBA in business from a business school accredited by AACSB. Additionally they should have 2 3 years of teaching experience. Demonstrate their expertise in teaching and conducting research related to management and/or marketing within the context of liberal arts education.

The primary responsibilities of this role include teaching a foundational management course as advanced marketing courses and other elective courses within the business department. The candidate will also be expected to engage in research activities within the field of business and provide guidance to students involved in research projects.
