Key Responsibilities Inspect motorized and trailered watercraft for aquatic nuisance species before launch and after exit. Perform decontamination procedures on vessels and equipment as needed. Educate boaters and the public on invasive species prevention and clean, drain, dry practices. Document inspections accurately and report findings to lead staff and program supervisors. Follow established safety and operational protocols throughout each shift. Qualifications Comfort working outdoors in variable weather conditions at a reservoir setting. Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow inspection and decontamination procedures. Clear communication and a customer-service mindset when interacting with the boating public. Reliability and availability for the full seasonal term, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
