Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The role involves providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions via Equip‘s 100% virtual Telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable
- 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
