Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Treatment Fidelity Rater to review video recordings of treatment sessions and rate providers’ fidelity to manualized treatments. This part-time, remote role requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ideally experience with manualized treatments for eating disorders.
Requirements
- Professional degree in mental health (e.g., PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, MSW, or Masters in Counseling)
- Familiarity with evidence-based eating disorder treatment
- Bonus if you have specific experience in family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), or other eating disorder treatment delivery
- 3+years of experience treating patients using manualized treatments (e.g., CBT)
- Familiarity with clinical research methods
- Prior experience rating fidelity
- Expertise in supervision or video review
