About This Position The Partnerships function at Airship builds and strengthens business relationships with technology vendors and agencies to co-deliver customer engagement solutions and deepen Airship's footprint across the MarTech landscape. We're seeking a hands-on Technology Partnerships Manager to own a portfolio of strategic integration partners—including platforms like Google Cloud, Twilio, Salesforce, and leading CDP, analytics, and personalization vendors—and generate measurable pipeline and revenue within your region by identifying, cultivating, and influencing joint sales opportunities. Core Duties Design and execute co-sell playbooks with priority technology partners; define joint target accounts and coordinate between Airship account executives and partner sales teams to maintain visibility and momentum. Generate new pipeline through direct outreach, joint positioning workshops, and introductions facilitated by partner networks; expedite existing opportunities by leveraging partner insights, providing deal support, introducing new contacts, and articulating integration value. Bridge Airship's Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product functions to align partner strategies with regional go-to-market priorities. Represent Airship at partner summits, technology forums, and industry events to surface and advance partnership-driven opportunities. Measure partner contribution to pipeline and revenue targets using partner intelligence platforms (such as Crossbeam) to assess effectiveness and refine strategy. Establish and nurture tier-one partner relationships through structured business planning, scheduled check-ins, and quarterly reviews; act as the primary day-to-day contact between partners and Airship regional teams. Equip partner sales and support teams with Airship messaging, battle cards, and integration briefs; ensure internal Airship teams understand partner capabilities and can serve as informed liaisons. Screen emerging technology vendors for fit, shared customer base, technical compatibility, and strategic synergy before adding them to the partnership roster. Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded materials, joint campaigns, and event initiatives that amplify partnership visibility.
