What You'll Do

• Assemble, fabricate, and install boat components according to engineering specifications and quality standards
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and inspection to ensure products meet performance requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with safety and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to solve technical problems and optimize production efficiency
