About the Role 

The company is seeking a strategic and motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to spearhead product development for its portfolio companies. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the TPM will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software, platforms, and Web3 solutions. This position involves close collaboration with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams across Asia to align cutting-edge technical innovation with business objectives. The TPM will drive the creation of impactful decentralized applications and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Product Leadership: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 platforms, software, and decentralized applications, in alignment with the CEO/Founder’s strategic goals. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Asia to deliver high-quality products that meet technical and business objectives. 
• Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Technical Translation: Convert complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, leveraging expertise in Web3 protocols, blockchain technologies, and industry standards.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CEO/Founder to prioritize initiatives, provide progress updates, and ensure product strategies support the studio’s mission and portfolio growth. 
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio companies, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to integrate emerging Web3 technologies and trends to enhance platform functionality and user experience. 
• Compliance & Ethics: Maintain high standards of compliance and ethical practices in product development, adhering to regulatory and industry guidelines. 
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, with a focus on technical products, software development, or Web3/blockchain platforms. Experience working with senior leadership or founders is a plus. 
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software development, Web3 technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain protocols), and decentralized systems. Familiarity with APIs, smart contracts, or cloud infrastructure is preferred. 
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with distributed teams, ideally in a startup or venture studio environment. 
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product initiatives with high-level business objectives, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide concise updates to the CEO/Founder. 
• Compliance & Ethics: Strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance, with an understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in Web3. 
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, comfortable working with a global, remote team. 
• Passion for Web3: Deep enthusiasm for the ethos and transformative potential of blockchain and decentralized technologies.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a plus.
