About the Role

This Team OTR CDL-A Flatbed position is a full-time, over-the-road opportunity structured as a 1099 contract driver arrangement for two-person teams. You and your driving partner will haul freight on flatbed trailers across long-haul lanes, keeping wheels turning and loads moving. Pets are welcome on the road, so your companion can ride along.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed trailer safely over long-haul, over-the-road routes as part of a two-driver team.
• Coordinate driving shifts with your partner to maximize mileage and on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance with hours-of-service rules and all applicable transportation regulations.
• No driver load or unload required, and no tarping — the focus stays on driving.

Pay & Home Time

• Average gross pay of $5,000 to $6,000 per week, per team.
• Roughly 5,600 to 7,000 average miles per week, per team.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus per team.
• Expect about 14 days out at a time, earning 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked — and you can choose to stay out longer if you prefer.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license in good standing.
• Verifiable over-the-road and flatbed driving experience.
• A reliable driving partner, or willingness to run as part of a two-person team.
• Comfort with extended time on the road and willingness to work as a 1099 contract driver.
