What You'll Do

• Complete assigned tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, facing shelves, and setting promotional displays

What We're Looking For

• A customer-first attitude — you enjoy talking with people and solving problems on the spot
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and shift priorities as needed
• Dependability and a strong work ethic; you show up ready to contribute as part of the team
• Comfort with physical tasks including lifting, stocking, and standing for extended periods
• An affinity for or curiosity about agriculture, livestock, pets, equine, or outdoor products is a plus
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required — Tractor Supply trains the right people
