The position is full time and requires active partnership with the broader store team to achieve commercial and experiential goals. Key Responsibilities Form genuine connections with shoppers and deliver outstanding service that follows our established retail sales standards, including hands-on product demonstrations both inside and outside the store. Educate customers on plant-based wellness solutions so that healthy living feels simple, accessible, and welcoming, and present confident multi-product recommendations that support lasting routines and grow basket size. Take clear accountability for commercial results—revenue, comparable growth, average transaction value, items per transaction, traffic, conversion, and loyalty-programme expansion—while keeping visual presentation standards high and acting on merchandising opportunities. Equip teammates with the product knowledge needed for purposeful recommendations and complete visual merchandising, operational, and development tasks assigned by the Store Manager. Lead through coaching, collaboration, and daily modelling of core values to foster belonging, inclusion, and inspired performance across the team. Advance store growth through proactive, innovative community outreach. Who We're Looking For Comfortable working in a scented environment and enthusiastic about interactive, personalised engagement that includes applying products during live demos on yourself and on customers. Strong communicator who builds rapport through empathy, active listening, and authentic relationship skills. Skilled at product sales and in-depth knowledge sharing, with the ability to craft strategic multi-item suggestions that raise both satisfaction and sales performance.
