About the Role
As a full-time Team Leader at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia, you'll oversee daily operations and mentor team members in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment. You'll report directly to management and play a vital role in upholding our organizational standards while creating a positive, productive workplace where your team thrives.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, train, and support team members to meet performance goals and customer service expectations
- Maintain workplace standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with our mission values
- Communicate between your team and senior management to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to our community
