Gpac is hiring a Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor for a full-time position in Bonner Springs, Wyandotte County. Lead a skilled tax team, deliver expert compliance and consulting services, and grow client relationships across the region.

This is a leadership opportunity to oversee a dedicated team of tax professionals while building long-term client partnerships and expanding the firm's service capabilities. You'll drive excellence in tax compliance and consulting while managing day-to-day team operations and client deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop a team of tax professionals, establishing performance standards and supporting career growth
• Deliver tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of business clients
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and community stakeholders across Wyandotte County
• Review tax engagements for accuracy and quality before client delivery
• Stay current with evolving tax regulations and implement best practices across the firm
• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience preparing and planning tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Proven track record managing or supervising accounting or tax teams
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and strategy
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• CPA license; relevant tax credentials a plus
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with tax law changes
