Tariff Program Analyst

About the Role

As a Tariff Program Analyst, you'll help optimize BD's global tariff strategy and trade compliance operations. You'll analyze tariff classifications, monitor duty impacts on our supply chain, and recommend cost-effective approaches to trade regulations. Working across supply chain, procurement, and finance teams, you'll ensure our operations navigate complex international trade requirements efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate tariff classifications and trade agreements to identify cost savings and compliance opportunities
• Monitor changes in trade policy, tariffs, and regulatory requirements affecting medical device operations
• Analyze import and export duties, and prepare recommendations to minimize tariff-related costs
• Support cross-functional teams in supply chain planning with tariff impact assessments
• Maintain documentation and records related to trade compliance and tariff programs
• Track and report on tariff program performance and identify process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, international business, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
• Knowledge of tariff codes, trade regulations, or import/export compliance (or demonstrated ability to learn)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
