Emsl Analytical, a leading environmental testing firm operating throughout the United States, is hiring for a full-time Talent Community position. As part of our growth strategy, we're seeking someone to help us build and strengthen relationships with professionals in the environmental testing and laboratory industries.
About the Role
In this position, you'll work to cultivate and engage our professional community, supporting our talent development and recruitment initiatives across our nationwide laboratory network. Your efforts will help us attract and connect with skilled individuals who contribute to our success.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the environmental testing field
- Engage community members and support recruitment-related initiatives
- Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified professionals for laboratory positions
- Manage community communications and updates regarding opportunities and company news
- Collaborate with hiring teams to develop talent acquisition strategies
- Foster a strong professional community aligned with our organizational goals
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in or experience with recruitment and talent development
- Knowledge of or familiarity with environmental testing, laboratory science, or related technical fields
- Strong organizational abilities and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
