About You and The Role
Zipline is looking for a Talent Attraction Program Manager to join our team in South San Francisco. This is a strategic talent acquisition position for a builder who understands the recruiting lifecycle and knows how to translate it into high-impact, memorable events and employer brand campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for a diverse recruiting event portfolio, including industry conferences, technical hackathons, open houses, and executive-led panels. You own the vision, logistics, and ROI.
- Employer Brand: You will work to make Zipline an employer of choice in the industry.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications to develop creative employer brand campaigns.
- You’ll develop creative swag for recruiting events that evangelize our products and mission.
- Oversee our careers site and employer brand presence across relevant social media platforms and recruiting tools, ensuring a cohesive and engaging candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with executive stakeholders, Recruiting Managers, and cross-functional teams to align event goals with hiring needs. You will manage expectations, secure buy-in, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Impact Tracking: Treat recruiting events like a product—measure success through hire conversion rates, pipeline quality, and brand reach. You have a proven track record of tying event activities directly to talent outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years in recruiting and project management combined, with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting.
- You understand what makes a candidate say “yes,” what the pain points are in the candidate journey, and how to use events to solve for those gaps.
- You are a master of logistics who can pivot when things don’t go according to plan. You have a track record of executing complex projects on time and under budget.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven track record of providing regular status updates to key stakeholders and recruiting leadership
- You know when to push back to maintain hiring standards and when to support the broader team.
- You aren’t just looking to host an event; you are looking to build a pipeline. You leverage data to evaluate which campaigns are working and which need iteration.
- You thrive in an environment where everyone chips in to reach a common goal. You are collaborative, humble, and ready to contribute to our mission alongside the rest of the recruiting team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a start-up environment and/or a company going through hyper-growth.
- Experience recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, aviation, robotics, autonomy, hardware, software, or logistics.
- You thrive in an environment where everyone chips in to reach a common goal. You are collaborative, humble, and ready to contribute to our mission alongside the rest of the recruiting team.
- Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Jira, Confluence and Google Suite.
What Else You Need to Know
The starting cash range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
