About the Role
As a Talent Advisor 2, you will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth interview experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance. This role sits at the heart of Cirrus’s growth strategy, providing exposure to diverse recruiting challenges and the chance to refine your sourcing techniques.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview panels, and facilitate candidate feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in campus or virtual recruitment events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented mindset coupled with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey role expectations clearly.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from senior recruiters while contributing fresh ideas.
