About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Traffic Management, you will support our recruiting operation by handling the day-to-day work that keeps hiring moving smoothly and professionally. This is an exempt (FLSA) position based in Rossmoor, Orange County, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. There are no supervisory responsibilities, so your focus stays squarely on sourcing, coordinating, and delivering a positive journey for every applicant across all Traffic Management LLC locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily recruiting tasks that ensure an efficient, welcoming experience for prospective candidates.
• Assist the talent acquisition team across the full hiring cycle for multiple Traffic Management LLC sites.
• Coordinate candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-up to keep pipelines active and organized.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support sourcing and selection activities.
• Help maintain accurate, up-to-date applicant records throughout each search.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing several openings at once.
• Clear, friendly communication that reflects well on the candidate experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rossmoor, Orange County and collaborate with hiring stakeholders.
• Comfort handling daily administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-moving environment.
