Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and support their Jira instance, contribute to their knowledge base, and develop integrations with other operational systems and tools. The ideal candidate has experience in Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, endpoint management solutions, and identity and access management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence
- Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro & Group Management rules
- Strong understanding and experience using Okta
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product suites
- Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules
