You’ll help them get the most out of our tools, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and make sure any problems are resolved quickly and effectively. • Academically qualified. You hold a higher education academic background in exercise, sports science or related fields.
  • Multilingual. You speak English and Spanish fluently. Portuguese would be a strong plus.

  • A field expert. You’re familiar with high performance analysis workflows, and with video analysis softwares such as Hudl Sportscode.
  • Certifications. Certifications. Holding a UEFA, CONMEBOL, or national federation coaching license (CBF, AFA, or equivalent), or a recognized performance analysis qualification, would be a strong plus.
  • Experienced in tech support. As our users’ first point of contact, it’s a plus if you’ve had a previous role where you answered calls and emails that ranged from how-to questions to technical troubleshooting.
