Anywhere Real Estate is hiring a Supervisor, Vendor Management Escrow (US Based Remote) to strengthen the partnerships that power our National Operations Center in Detroit, Wayne County. About the Role

As the Supervisor, Vendor Management Escrow, you will report to the Manager of Strategy and Process Improvement within the National Operations Center. Your central focus is cultivating and sustaining strong working relationships between our operations teams and the external vendors and partners who support them. You will act as the connective link that keeps escrow-related vendor services running smoothly, efficiently, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and nurture day-to-day relationships between National Operations and its vendor and partner network.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable, sustainable terms for the business.
• Establish and document clear performance standards and expectations for vendors.
• Research, evaluate, and select the strongest available vendors to support escrow and operational needs.
• Partner with the Strategy and Process Improvement team to refine workflows and elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management, supplier relations, or procurement, ideally within real estate, escrow, or financial operations.
• Confident contract negotiation skills with a track record of cost-effective outcomes.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities for managing multiple partners simultaneously.
• A process-minded approach to setting standards and improving how work gets done.
• Comfort collaborating across teams to support a large-scale operations center.
