About the Role
As a Stock Supervisor for Carter's/OshKosh, you'll manage inventory, direct stockroom operations, and mentor team members in one of America's trusted children's apparel retailers. This is a leadership position where your organizational skills and customer-first mindset directly impact how smoothly our store operates and how well our guests are served.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and train stock associates, ensuring quality work and team development
- Receive, inspect, organize, and rotate merchandise shipments efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage stock placement across the sales floor
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Carter's/OshKosh brand presentation
- Coordinate with sales staff to fulfill customer requests and special orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor environment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Uphold loss prevention and safety protocols throughout daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Retail or warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in apparel or consumer goods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members with professionalism and positivity
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and organize merchandise regularly
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards
- Availability to work a full-time schedule including weekends as needed
