What This Role Involves

As a teaching aide, you'll provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under teacher supervision. Working in diverse classroom settings, you'll help implement lessons, manage classroom routines, and create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction, student engagement, and learning activities
• Support classroom management and student behavior guidance
• Help prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources
