Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or Substation Engineer I position. Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices, including high voltage substation projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
