Sub-Investigator – APRN/PA

Be Well Clinical Studies is seeking a dedicated Sub-Investigator (APRN/PA) to join our clinical research team in Boys Town, Douglas County. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll partner with our Principal Investigator to advance safe, high-quality clinical trials that move medicine forward.

About the Role

As a Sub-Investigator at Be Well Clinical Studies, you will work alongside the Principal Investigator to carry out clinical trials with rigor and care. Your focus will be performing study-related medical assessments, upholding protocol requirements, safeguarding participant well-being, and protecting the accuracy of trial data. Every aspect of the position is grounded in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal Investigator in conducting clinical trials safely and in full compliance with study protocols.
• Perform medical procedures and evaluations as outlined in each study protocol.
• Monitor and protect the safety and welfare of enrolled study participants throughout the trial.
• Maintain strict adherence to approved protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and reliable documentation to preserve data integrity.
• Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and all relevant compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Clinical background suited to evaluating and caring for research participants.
• Working knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research standards (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and data integrity.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator and broader research staff.
• Availability for this full-time, on-site position in Boys Town, Douglas County.
