About the Role

As a part‑time stylist you’ll be the friendly face that guides shoppers through our curated collections, offering personalized advice that turns a simple visit into a confidence‑boosting experience. You’ll work closely with the store team to keep the floor inviting, organized, and reflective of the latest trends.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, assess their style needs, and suggest outfits that suit their event, body type, and personal taste
• Build lasting relationships by remembering preferences and following up on future visits
• Maintain visual standards by merchandising new arrivals, folding, hanging, and replenishing merchandise throughout the shift
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and handle returns or exchanges with courtesy
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, upcoming collections, and promotional events to provide timely recommendations
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting periodic stock checks
• Contribute to a positive store atmosphere by collaborating with teammates and supporting daily opening and closing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or personal styling is a plus, but not required
• A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for putting together cohesive looks
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and make shoppers feel valued
• Reliability, punctuality, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing payments
• Commitment to maintaining a neat, organized sales floor and visual presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise safely
