Style Advisor

We're seeking an energetic Style Advisor to join the Suitsupply team at our Short Hills, Essex County store, where you'll help customers discover menswear that reflects their body, lifestyle, and personal aesthetic.

Position Summary

As a Style Advisor at Suitsupply, you combine genuine passion for fashion with the confidence to share your perspective. You engage clients through straightforward, honest conversation, building meaningful connections one consultation at a time. With your entrepreneurial mindset and discerning eye for personal presentation, you transform how customers think about getting dressed. In this full-time role based at our Short Hills location, you're the cornerstone of the store experience, delivering expert guidance with warmth and authenticity.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one style consultations, listening carefully to understand each customer's preferences, lifestyle, and fit requirements
• Recommend pieces from Suitsupply's menswear collections tailored to individual needs and aesthetic
• Guide customers through fit, tailoring, and alteration options to ensure satisfaction and confidence
• Nurture client relationships through consistent, attentive service and follow-up
• Share your point of view openly and directly, helping customers feel assured in their choices
• Contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team environment and maintain strong product knowledge
