What This Role Involves
The Store Manager oversees client-focused sales activities within Rebag’s Sherman Oaks retail environment. You will guide customers through product education, styling recommendations, and seamless transactions while ensuring the store meets its sales objectives. Emphasis is placed on relationship building, operational consistency, and creative program development in a fast-paced setting that values hands-on store leadership.

- Execute sales through customer relationship platforms and related digital tools
- Switch efficiently among several software systems each day

- Deliver consistent achievement of personal and store sales goals
- Direct team efforts so the location reaches its highest results
- Help maintain the physical store’s service standards and day-to-day functions under Store Director direction
- Introduce improvements to the current sales approach and trial fresh programs
- Stand for extended periods as part of regular store duties

- Sales background in premium fashion plus awareness of the luxury resale sector
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and clienteling applications
- Self-driven approach with a proven history of increasing sales volume
- Demonstrated record of high output, target attainment, and deadline success
- Strong multitasking, time-management, project-planning, tracking, and organizational abilities
- Clear written and spoken communication, including the capacity to present data cleanly
- Preparedness to explain industry positioning through a case study
- Team collaboration skills and comfort working across departments
- Detail orientation, prioritization talent, and multi-system proficiency
- Enthusiasm for resale market evolution, fashion, and sustainable practices
- Technology comfort, self-starting mindset, ambition, and readiness to set the example
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, stand for long stretches, and lift up to 40 pounds when required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; additional language skills are advantageous
