What You'll Do

• Learn and execute day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising standards
• Supervise and support front-store and pharmacy teams, fostering a culture of customer-first service
• Drive sales performance by understanding key business metrics and contributing to action plans that improve store results
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling store associates
• Uphold CVS Health's standards for safety, loss prevention, regulatory compliance, and product quality
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, modeling the service standards expected of store leadership
• Collaborate with district and pharmacy leadership to align store execution with company priorities
