About the Role

As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart, you're essential to our retail operations. Working full-time, you'll earn competitive hourly wages between $14 and $27 per hour, with performance incentives and potential premiums for specific shifts or facility schedules. What You'll Do

• Process incoming shipments and prepare merchandise for store placement
• Stock shelves and displays with accuracy, speed, and proper product presentation
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and other material handling tools
• Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and positioned for customer visibility
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to your supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor environment
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily stocking targets
• Follow all Walmart safety and operational procedures
