Stock Room Production Supervisor – 1st Shift

Aluminum Precision Products is hiring a 1st Shift Stock Room Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Santa Ana, Orange County facility. About the Role

As the Stock Room Production Supervisor on first shift, you will oversee the teams responsible for fabricating, assembling, modifying, and repairing the parts, sub-assemblies, tooling, and related components that power our aluminum alloy production. Working on-site in Santa Ana, you'll act as the central point of coordination for the stock room, balancing daily workloads against production targets while upholding our quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct the daily tasks of stock room and production personnel to keep work moving smoothly throughout the shift.
• Track progress against the production schedule and make adjustments to ensure deadlines and output goals are consistently met.
• Supervise the fabrication, assembly, modification, and repair of parts, assemblies, and tooling used in aluminum alloy manufacturing.
• Monitor operating performance and drive the efficiencies expected across the team and equipment.
• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to workers across the stock room operation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading workers in a production, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of parts fabrication, assembly, tooling, and related shop-floor processes.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to prioritize and assign tasks effectively.
• Availability to work first shift on-site at our Santa Ana, Orange County location.
• A focus on efficiency, accuracy, and meeting production commitments.
