Are you organized, reliable, and ready to work in the fast-paced world of sneaker and streetwear retail? As our Stock Personnel in South Shore, Staten Island, you'll manage merchandise flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure our stockroom operates like a well-oiled machine. Your work directly supports our sales team and keeps customers finding the products they love.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Shelve products according to store layout and inventory systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and audit stock levels
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe for team members
- Support the sales floor by restocking displays and high-traffic areas
- Assist with price verification and product labeling
- Collaborate with store leadership to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report discrepancies and support loss prevention efforts
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with inventory
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina for an active stockroom environment
