Stan/Eval Specialist

B3H Corporation is hiring a Stan/Eval Specialist at Andrews Air Force Base in Prince George's County to support Air Mobility Command flying squadrons with evaluation and qualification management.

About the Role

This full‑time position works closely with squadron leadership to ensure that aircrew evaluation processes run smoothly and that all qualification data is accurate, current, and readily accessible.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update aircrew evaluation records, including test results, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reports.
• Prepare and distribute Stan/Eval documentation to squadron personnel, commanders, and higher headquarters.
• Monitor compliance with Air Force instructions and DoD directives governing aircrew training and evaluation.
• Coordinate with flight safety, training, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and schedule required evaluations.
• Generate periodic status briefings and metrics that highlight trends, upcoming requirements, and readiness levels.
• Support audits and inspections by providing timely, verifiable data on squadron qualification standing.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience performing stan/eval functions within a military or aviation environment.
• Familiarity with Air Force evaluation procedures, qualification tracking systems, and related regulatory guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data streams and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for briefing leadership and interacting with cross‑functional teams.
• Capability to handle sensitive information in accordance with security protocols.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all evaluation activities.
