KMRG, LLC is hiring a full-time Staffing & Recruitment Specialist in Washington, D.C. to deliver expert federal staffing and recruitment support to the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA).
About the Role
As a Staffing & Recruitment Specialist with KMRG, LLC, you will partner with EOUSA stakeholders to guide federal hiring from start to finish. Based in Washington, D.C., this on-site position centers on advising teams through recruitment processes and making sure every staffing action is handled correctly, promptly, and in line with the federal regulations that govern public-sector hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for federal hiring actions across the EOUSA staffing lifecycle.
- Advise managers and personnel teams on recruitment procedures and best practices.
- Help ensure staffing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Confirm that recruitment work remains consistent with applicable federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to keep hiring initiatives moving smoothly and transparently.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Staffing & Recruitment Specialist or in a comparable federal staffing or recruitment role.
- Working knowledge of federal hiring processes and the regulations that shape them.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage staffing actions with accuracy and speed.
- Clear communication and advisory skills for guiding hiring teams through recruitment steps.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Washington, D.C.
