As a senior individual contributor, you will influence engineering practices from architecture through production, ensuring systems are scalable, observable, and resilient by design. You will work closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to establish reliability standards, improve operational excellence, and reduce production risk across multiple services. Beyond responding to incidents, your primary mission will be preventing them through proactive engineering, automation, and strategic technical leadership. The position combines deep infrastructure expertise with software engineering and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
