About the Role
As a Sr. Specialist - Quality Control (Electronic Parts) at Hyundai MOBIS, you will own the quality assurance lifecycle for electronic and multimedia parts. This full-time, on-site position in Dannelly, Montgomery County is ideal for a detail-driven quality professional who is fluent in both Korean and English and thrives at the intersection of inspection rigor, data analysis, and cross-functional communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and deliver training on inspection criteria and quality control procedures for electronic and multimedia parts.
- React promptly to OEM quality concerns, investigating root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive countermeasures.
- Examine and assess OEM quality issues, then prepare and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Compile, organize, and maintain accurate quality records and supporting data.
- Track and review part changes to ensure ongoing compliance with established standards.
- Serve as a bilingual Korean/English liaison to bridge communication between technical teams and partners.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken.
- Proven background in quality control, ideally focused on electronic, electrical, or multimedia automotive components.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating quality issues and devising practical countermeasures.
- Experience setting inspection standards and coaching others on quality processes.
- Confidence presenting technical findings to varied audiences.
- Authorization to work full-time on-site in Dannelly, Montgomery County.
